Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on improving postural alignment and stability. Pilates improves balance, limb strength, flexibility and endurance.
Pilates is an excellent treatment technique for a variety of children. Primarily it is fun and interactive with child friendly exercises, including the use of a gym ball and Pilates equipment. The exercises can be graded from basic to elite level.
Pilates is offered as a 6-week package of treatment.
